Sagebrush has been managing apartment communities since 2003. Sagebrush began managing it's own assets upon acquiring our first asset, a 282 unit property in Jacksonville, Florida.  The company has gone on to successfully manage the growth of acquiring 3,600 units over a 4 year period from 2003 through 2007. The company has sold 4 assets of the 13 acquired and all profitably both to the investors and the company during a period of troubled and challenging times for the country and the sector.  The company focus's on employee training and promoting from within. The investor reporting is always a paramount focus, transparent and produced timely and accurately every month along with monthly distributions of excess cash flow. Our management team highly values our residents and is committed to providing superior service while driving rents and income. Our apartment homes, located in several cities, offer contemporary floor plans and amenities to competitively compete in each sub-market.
